Casco d'Oro award for Antonio Giovinazzi
Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN driver, Antonio Giovinazzi, received a prestigious award in his native Italy to commemorate a strong 2020 season. The man in car #99 claimed the Casco Speciale at the 2020 Caschi d’Oro awards, one of Italy’s most prestigious motorsport accolades.
The ceremony, hosted by Autosprint.it, saw Antonio connect remotely to accept his prize from Sky Sport F1’s Federica Masolin and Autosprint Director, Andrea Cordovani. Our driver commented on his pride of representing Italy on the world stage, his hard work during the 2020 season, culminating in a points-scoring performance in his home Grand Prix in Imola, and his hopes and dreams for 2021.
