
Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN targets technology innovation with KIO at the Mexican GP
Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN will make a bid for innovation as the team announced a new partnership with information technology services provider, KIO, ahead of the Mexican Grand Prix. The deal brings together two outfits which share a relentless pursuit of results and a commitment to working in the fastest and most efficient way in their own respective sectors, in order to facilitate each other’s digital evolution.
Proudly founded and based in Mexico and with offices in Mexico, Panama, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic as well as in Spain, KIO aims to build an effective digital transformation strategy through innovative technological solutions and a solid infrastructure to implement its client’s plans for development and growth. As part of the new relationship, Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN drivers, Valtteri Bottas and Zhou Guanyu, have been nominated Chief Speed Officer and Chief Acceleration Officer of KIO respectively, to help the company give greater agility to their infrastructure solutions and intelligent business services. KIO’s branding will be visible on the upper sidepods of the Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN C42 cars at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez during the Mexican Grand Prix race weekend.
