Do you want to
- support our users in Hinwil in solving their daily IT problems?
- manage a team of 3 IT service desk staff?
- define and optimise service management processes?
- ensure 1st and 2nd level support?
- take care of our diverse IT infrastructure?
Do you have
- completed an apprenticeship as a computer technician or an IT degree?
- experience in the client/server area (Win10, Office 365, MS Exchange and MS Teams)?
- experience with smart devices (Android, MS Endpoint Manager)?
- possibly know-how in the area of networks (LAN/WLAN)?
- a quick apprehension?
- very good knowledge of German and English (oral/written)?
- motivated to work as a service provider?
- self-initiated and work independently?
- communicative and enjoy daily contact with users?
- used to working calmly, structured and reliably even under time pressure?
- able to work in a team, flexible and helpful?
