Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.  

Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.  

The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. 

What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up isn’t an option and limits are just something to be overcome, you can bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 with us. Become part of this unique project and make motorsport history. 

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

  • Providing kits for Cleanroom and Assembly
  • Loading, operating and unloading autoclave’s
  • Demolding of cured components, releasing tools
  • Laminating-tools & bonding-jigs management
  • Providing consumables and safety equipment for the Composite Production
  • Handing out replacement tools / preparing tools for new employees
  • carrying out machine maintenance
  • SAP Bookings 

Your profile

  • Apprenticeship in crafts
  • Ideally knowledge in the field of composite production
  • The ability to read and understand drawings
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • IT experience in MS Office products
  • Can do attitude and positive mindset
  • Precise and reliable working method
  • Independent and proactive working style
  • Ideally basic knowledge in SAP
  • You see work and get to work where it is needed
  • Willingness to work more if necessary
  • Willingness to work in a shift operation. Rotation model 2week early / 2 week late. Working times: 05:30-15:00 and 16:30 – 01:30
