Graduate Programme
Graduate level qualifications as outlined in each vacancy. You should have graduated no earlier than two years prior to the start date.
Yes, you can apply to multiple vacancies or programmes if you feel your qualifications and skills match the requirements.
Applications for the Graduate Programme open on 1 September 2025 and close on 31 October 2025. Internship opportunities may have different timelines depending on business needs.

The Graduate Programme runs for 12 months. Internship durations vary depending on the role and department.
Yes; however, you will need to demonstrate you have the right to live and work in the EU/EEA region.

English is our working language.
All of our graduate and internship roles are based on-site in Hinwil, Switzerland. Limited remote work may be possible, but presence on-site is essential to gain the full experience of working in Formula One.
