Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

This position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Welcome & Reception: Professional reception of guests; short organizational briefing (agenda, safety rules, behavior guidelines).
- Safety Briefing: Conducting the necessary safety instructions before entering production areas.
- Guidance & Explanation: Knowledge-based, structured tours through production lines, assembly, test benches, wind tunnel, and event areas; explaining individual production steps (e.g., material selection, carbon/component manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection).
- Storytelling: Explaining technical processes in clear language, embedding them in the company and motorsport context (history, philosophy, innovation approach).
- Interaction & Q&A: Actively engaging guests, answering technical and general questions, moderating discussions.
- Representation: Representing the Audi F1 brand – professional demeanor, authenticity, and tangible enthusiasm for the craft.
- Feedback & Documentation: Recording guest feedback, reporting issues or special incidents to the event team.
- Discretion & Compliance: Handling sensitive information responsibly; adhering to all operational and confidentiality rules
Your profile
Interest in automotive, motorsports, technology, or craftsmanship.
Experience in tour guiding, customer service, or similar is a plus.
Fluent in German and English (min. C1), other languages a bonus.
Strong communicator with storytelling skills.
Reliable, punctual, and well-prepared.
Flexible with schedules, group sizes, and languages.
Passionate brand ambassador for Audi & F1.
Familiar with tools like Monday.com, Coople, or works as freelancer.
Available for ~10 tours/year, including evenings & short notice.
Based in Zurich area, driving license is a plus.
